Term of Service

By signing up and actively using the UnipayWorld program, you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this membership agreement. UnipayWorld may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. We will endeavor to send out a notice to all our members regarding the new terms and/or terms that have changed. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate your UnipayWorld account. Your continued participation in UnipayWorld following our posting of a change in policy notice or a new agreement on our site will constitute your binding acceptance of the change. You agree and acknowledge that you will review this agreement on a regular basis and you further agree that upon logging in and viewing the site you are deemed to have reviewed and accepted the latest revisions/modifications to this membership agreement.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be 16 years of age or older to participate in UnipayWorld. UnipayWorld is open to International members.

STIPULATION

Direct referral income 6% otherwise 1% every month for 12 months.
To take a level (In-direct) income, you must first direct $5100 Id's (Business).
Level income (In-direct) 2 to 5 - 2.5%, 6 to 10 - 3%, 11 to 30 - 4%, 31 to 100 - 6%
Withdrawal of referral income and bonus income will take place on the 15th and 30th date of every month, minimum withdrawal $30 and maximum withdrawal amount of $90,000, which will be in multiple of $30.

This Agreement defines the basic terms and conditions of use (hereinafter, the Terms of Use) for access to the Services and/or features on websites owned and managed by Unipay, including https://unipayworld.com The Company reserves the right to add new or amend the existing provisions of the Agreement, as the Company's financial offerings may be expanded. This Agreement also applies to other websites owned by Unipayworld.

Also, we do not rule out the possibility of contacting you on third-party websites (social networks, investment forums, etc.) where we publish our content (eg SKYPE, TWITTER.COM, TALK GOLD). Huh. REFUND POLICY

Despite the fact that all investments are final, the company's return policy allows each user to apply for a full return of the invested money less profit. All refund requests are processed and scrutinized under strict conditions for up to 30 calendar days.

In accordance with the decision of the Technical Department and this Agreement, Unipayworld reserves the right to refuse any Withdrawal Request that is not supported by evidence

GENERAL PROVISIONS

By agreeing to the Terms of Use, you automatically confirm that you are of legal age in your country of citizenship and that your use of this website does not violate the laws of your state.

All content and information provided by Unipayworld are for personal, educational, and informational purposes only.

Any financial transaction executed under this Agreement shall be deemed final and irrevocable. In order to prevent fraud and/or fraud, it is strictly prohibited to create more than 5 accounts on one email for individual users and/or tamper with payment accounts at Unipayworld a/c of anyone else. If any such misuse is detected, Unipay reserves the right to stop the accumulation of all partners and suspend such accounts.

Any breach of this Agreement or any of its clauses may result in Permanent Account Suspension.

RESPONSIBILITY OF MEMBERS

You may sign-up multiple times with different email addresses. Your computer must be shared or not with another individual; this is your choice. You will use your username/password combination to access your account and it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential. You may change this information by logging into your account and following the "My Account" link. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your UnipayWorld account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account. Any unauthorized access to your account should be reported immediately. Should UnipayWorld detect any instances of fraud, system abuse, defamation, harassment, foul language, inappropriate conduct in our forum or helpdesk, or any type of account activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal in the sole discretion of UnipayWorld, these actions may result in member termination and possible legal action as well as forfeiture of any earned commissions not yet disbursed to you from UnipayWorld. In the event that you have taken inappropriate actions in attempting to cheat, steal, lie, or any action that would violate the UnipayWorld User Agreement or the User Agreement of any 3rd party company that UnipayWorld has a partnership agreement with, UnipayWorld can at its own discretion turn over any and all evidence, information, personal data and logs to said 3rd party for possible prosecution or investigation.

Inactivity:

Only 'Active' accounts will be eligible to receive TRP, Bonus, Referral Income, and Rewards. If your account has been inactive status, you will not receive any income or rewards until you activate your account.
